We are an online wedding accessory store with an amazing range of accessories and decorations many of which can be personalised to make your day extra special.

In addition to handmade items, Wedding Adoration is an authorised reseller of In Any Event and Koch & Co Pty Ltd (www.koch.com.au).

Products

How can I personalise a specific product?

We have a wide range of personalised products. When a product can be personalised, there will be a personalise section on the product page that you can use the dropdown menu to select your options. Also consult our Personalisation Guide that contains information on personalisation.

The personalisation details will be displayed in your shopping bag, and the personalisation cost will be added to the product cost.

Please note personalisation will delay delivery of your order by 2 to 4 weeks.

Currently we accept MasterCard, Visa and Afterpay.

All prices include GST.

All Prices are in Australia Dollars.

Shipping

What are your shipping rates?

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 5 - 22 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. We recommend choosing "Express" Shipping for "Rush" Orders. Should you be worried about the delivery date please contact me.

Personalisation will delay delivery of your order by 2-3 weeks. Upon receipt of your order we will immediately notify you of the expected delivery date.

Do you ship internationally

We Currently we only ship within Australia.

Returns

Can merchandise be returned?

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days for an exchange. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Exchange credit amounts for any returnswill apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded without prior approval.
Exchanges/refunds for defective or mis-described items will be accepted however change of mind will not.

NOTE: Colours vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact colour match for every item, small variations in colour serve to enhance the overall effect of your colour scheme.
